GROUP LESSONS
FOR LADIES

Fitting everything into a hectic lifestyle is hard! The flexibility of these lessons should help make some time for YOU!!

Here is a way to learn a new sport or improve your existing game and meet new friends. Designed to fit into your lifestyle. Fun and friendly groups. A great way of keeping fit! Clubs can be provided.

Learn in a group... get a group of 4-6 ladies together who want to learn the game and get going together! Prices are £50 per hour for 3 people then £5 per extra person on top of that. So you can have your lessons when it suits you.

All sessions include a drink afterwards in the clubhouse and of course a good natter!! You will also receive copies of articles written by Katie covering many areas of golf.. these are valuable back up to the sessions.

WHAT IS THE BEST EQUIPMENT TO BUY?

BEGINNERS: All you need to begin with is a 7 iron, Ping clubs are sold seperately for convenience!
You can then add to these with a 9 iron, sand wedge, 7 wood and a putter.
This is a micro set and will get you round the course quite happily.
If you need a few extra irons add a 5 rescue in and maybe the a 3 wood or even driver to tee off adding more distance.
For something a bit more special go for the clubs below.. you will never need anything else.

It is worth spending a bit of money on decent clubs as they are more forgiving and give extra distance.
You are paying for the materials and the technology and this will only improve your game and hep your confidence grow!

WANT TO JOIN A CLUB? IT DOESN'T HAVE TO BE REALLY EXPENSIVE...

Academy Membership: An ideal beginner’s membership package. Use of all practice facilities including our par 3 course, 20 baskets of balls and an introductory golf lesson from Katie. £150 per year.

Upgrade to GOLD MEMBERSHIP at any time! It gives you full membership without the joinging fee. So you can get a handicap and play in competitions. Also you can introduce guests at reduced rates, so your mates can play for less too!!
All you have to do each time you play is pay 1/2 the green fee. Bargain!! You can then upgrade to full membership whenever you like!!

Most clubs offer academy memberships or special rates for a certain number of rounds... Why not get going at your local municipal golf club where you don't need to be a member to play!

• HOW DO I GET ON A GOLF COURSE??

Have a go at the 9 holes course at the muni first to ease into the game. I would recommend having a playing lesson with a pro too as this can seriously boost your confidence out there!
